I also write listing descriptions that tell a story rather than just saying “3 bed, 2 bath.” I talk about the home office with natural light, the finished basement ready for movie nights, or the upgrades that matter most. From social media ads to open houses, everything is designed to show why your home deserves attention. If your property backs up to a trail, has a pool, or sits in a popular school district, I target the buyers already searching for homes in Pierce County and South King County that fit exactly those features. And when buyers step into an open house, it feels like an experience rather than just a showing.
